齐昌兴

齐昌兴,博士,永利官网同济医学院060net永利,副教授,入选永利官网“学术新人”(2021)、华中卓越青年学者(2024)。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2024)与青年基金(2020)、湖北省重点研发计划(2025)、湖北省自然科学基金一般面上(2023)、武汉市青年科技晨光计划(2024)等课题;获得教育部科学研究优秀成果一等奖(2025)、湖北省科技进步特等奖(2024);申请专利7项(已授权1项),科学出版社《天然药物化学》第3版编委。

主要从事基于天然产物的创新药物研究和微量复杂天然产物的发现,致力于从华中地区药用植物及其内生真菌中发掘活性天然先导化合物,并通过化学结构改造与优化、活性评价与药理机制研究等方法发现高效低毒的潜在药物:①基于华中地区药用植物及其微生态圈的新型天然免疫抑制剂研究;②基于土曲霉次级代谢产物的新型GOT1抑制剂与BACE1抑制剂研究;③鄂产金丝桃属植物中多环多异戊烯基酰基间苯三酚类化学成分及生物活性研究。

近年来,共分离和鉴定了天然产物1528个,其中新化合物826个,包括具有全新碳架的多环多异戊烯基酰基间苯三酚类、萜类、聚酮类新骨架化合物89个,隶属于68个不同的新骨架类型,发现具有药用开发潜力的先导化合物4个。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文72篇(IF > 10论文3篇),其中JCR分区Q1论文57篇,中科院分区1区论文35篇,包括Acta Pharm. Sin. B(IF 14.6)、Adv. Sci.(IF 14.1)、MedComm(IF 10.7)、Chem. Sci.(IF 7.6)、Chinese Chem. Lett.2篇(IF 8.9)、Cell Commun. Signal.(IF 8.9)、J. Agric. Food Chem.2篇(IF 6.2)、Org. Lett.(IF 5.0)、Org. Chem. Front.4篇(IF 4.7)、J Nat. Prod.9篇(IF 3.6)、J. Org. Chem.4篇(IF 3.6)、Chinese J. Chem2篇(IF 5.5)、Bioorg. Chem.8篇(IF 4.7),相关成果被Nature(2020, 586, 64−69)、Nature Reviews Chemistry(2022, 6, 806–822)等期刊论文引用。
